We are based in Milton, Ontario, Canada.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across Canada and to the United States. For other destinations, please contact us at cantact@keterhome.store.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Canada): 1–3 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days
    Processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

  • Shopify Payments (secure checkout)

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Please email us immediately at cantact@keterhome.store.

7. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Do you accept returns?

Yes! Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Check our Return & Refund Policy for details.

9. How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
